How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
After college I took a position with Diagsoft. QA Plus was a diagnostic software made to help technician diagnose problems in XT PCs.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Most businesses in Pinellas County perform data recovery as a side business. We are the only hard drive manufacturer authorized data recovery service. We are the only data recovery company in Pinellas County to have a ISO 5 class 100 clean room.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have a data recovery lab in Orlando, Tampa and New York City. We are headquartered in St Petersburg FL.

We have several locations. However, in St Petersburg we are located at 1155 Pasadena Ave S, Suite H and I. 66th St turns into S Pasadena when heading south. We are on the west side of the road.
