How long have you been in business?
17 years
What is your primary product or service?
We are a working winery producing 5,000 cases per year
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have been involved with wine since I was 17. I have collected wine since then. I started making wine at home and got pretty good at it. So. I opened a winery to make it legally. 17 years later we are still making wine.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We were the pioneers of Fruit Infused wines. We make over 15 different types of wines that appeal to people who traditionally don't drink wine. Three of our dessert wines are on the Bern's Steakhouse wine list. This Valentines Day our Chocolate Raspberry Port will be featured in the Dessert room at Bern's.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have 4,000 sq ft and are considering a new location in two years. We have one location in Clearwater.
