How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have been involved in construction for over 40 years.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
In the mid- late 1980s I began to specialize in the more stringent requirements of coastal zone building and have completed a vast number of custom waterfront homes.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
My office is located in my home - all other services are performed on the construction sites or at the customer's location.
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash, checks, bank draws
Which areas do you service?
We service the Tampa Bay area and particularly southern Pinellas county with an emphasis on the beaches and coastal zone areas.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?

What are your hours of operation?
Our subcontractors typically work from 7:30AM - 4:00 PM; however there is office work being done intermittently throughout the day and well into the evening, often till 2:00 AM
